A warm welcome from receptionist Carla (no 'photo, sorry) who actually came out to the car and carried our suitcase and seriously-heavy hand baggage to our room. Well backed up later by the ever helpful Enrico Illotta. We never found our missing car keys, but the breakfast table - Wow!! A superb Hotel.
